This is the first short I made on second course. Shot in 16mm, with less than three minutes worth of film, it was meant to describe an object, and I chose the picture camera.

Straight to the point. It’s the short film where I play a young Sean Connery. Impressed? I hope you are.

Please give me a couple of lines to explain myself: It’s not that I think I’ll become a Sean Connery some day. I was looking for high-res pictures of eyes and I thought probably celebrities would have higher resolution pics on the internet. So, which famous guy could have young and not-so-young pics online? Let’s try Sean Connery. I began searching just like that, and then I realised that it was stupid looking for pics of only one person, since only the eyes were going to be seen. So I ended up using pics of myself. I don’t think I’m Sean Connery… just what you’d call a series of unfortunate (coming soon).

This film was not particularly well recieved in class, being the teacher’s main objections:
a) It’s too repetitive
b) It doesen’t tell anything new
